A Brief Guide to Aromatherapy: Jasmine and Complementary Essential Oils

Of the most popular fragrances when it comes to aromatherapy, jasmine is among the top choices for essential oils. Possibly no surprise as this floral essential oil boasts a fragrance that has inspired perfumers from around the world. It has also been surggested that Jasmine essential oil may increase productivity when used in the work area. It certainly wouldn't hurt your mood to enjoy the scent of jasmine in your work environment. If you can't burn a scented candle, consider wearing a jasmine oil perfume on your wrists and take discreet sniffs throughout your day.


Jasmine is also thought to be an aphrodisiac and can also be calming to the senses and even the muscles. Jasmine essential oil also blends well with a variety of other oils to create customized aromatherapy blends.
